The serene village of Goldleaf Haven has been shocked by the murder of a beloved artisan, Thalion Elanessë. As the village prepares for the upcoming Harvest Festival, the players are enlisted to discreetly solve the murder and prevent tensions from escalating.

Adventure Hooks for "Murder Among the Golden Leaves"
- Festival Sabotage: As the Harvest Festival approaches, strange accidents and acts of sabotage threaten the preparations. The villagers suspect a saboteur is trying to ruin the festival.
- The Whispering Grove: Rumors of Thalion’s ghost wandering the forest at night reach the party. Villagers claim to hear whispers in the grove, and some believe Thalion’s spirit is trying to communicate the identity of his killer.
- The Stolen Blueprint: A valuable blueprint for a new invention, which Thalion was working on before his death, has gone missing. The party is tasked with retrieving it, as it could hold clues to the motive behind the murder.
- A Friend in Need: An old friend of Thalion’s arrives in Goldleaf Haven and seeks the party's help. She believes Thalion was on the verge of a great discovery and fears his research might be lost or stolen.
- Unfinished Business: Thalion’s workshop contains an unfinished piece of intricate woodwork with a hidden compartment that no one has been able to open. The party is asked to investigate and uncover any secrets it may hold.
